SHIPPING POLICY

 

We have several different shipping options  (as listed below) and we offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders $75 and over!!  Most orders ship the next business day after the order has been placed.  We’ll email you the tracking info as soon as your order ships.  We do offer expedited shipping options if you’re shipping in a hurry.

 

*FREE Standard Shipping (3-5 days) for orders over $75!

*Standard Shipping (3-5 days) on orders under $75 - $8.00

 

-For 2 day and Next day shipping, Orders must be placed by 1pm EST to be shipped the same day.  Orders placed after 1pm EST will not shop until the next business day.  

 

-Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.  Business days are Monday - Friday.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Any delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions and weather delays are beyond our control.  

 

-We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if and when delivery has been confirmed or when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer.  Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense.  We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.  

 

-2 Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping are not currently available to P.O Boxes, APO/FPO and US Territories 

 

If you would like to pick up your items In Store, we will need 1 business day to process and complete your order.  You’ll receive an email as soon as it’s ready to be picked up.
